- Course for construction engineers
- The training course to become a construction engineer for employees with no experience.
The three-day intensive training course covers from basic business manner to basics for construction engineers, laws and regulations on construction management, technical terms, and other knowledge required at the construction site.
After completing the course, you will switch to UT Construction *, start as an assistant to the construction managing engineer, and aim at obtaining qualification as construction managing engineer.* UT Construction Co., Ltd. is specialized in outsourcing services for the construction industry. For example, it is engaged in operational support of a general constructing company.
- Course for design and development engineers
- Three courses of “Network engineers,” and “Mechanical design engineers,” and “Program engineers” are available to support a job change to IT engineers.
You will go to a nearby school, which operates 86 classes nationwide, for 2-3 times per month on weekends or off-time, to complete 50 hours of classes in six months. You will learn how to operate industry standard tools and programming from basics, and aim at acquiring skills needed and qualifications. After becoming qualified and passing the internal exam, you will switch to UT Technology*. You may be able to participate in a leading-edge project as engineer and gain more skills there.* UT Technology Co., Ltd. is engaged in design and development of embedded or system software and hardware. The company is involved in many design and development projects in various areas including semiconductors, communication devices, home appliances, an automobiles.
